Residential development launches at Enid Blyton’s birthplace
A new residential development has officially launched at the birthplace of children’s author Enid Blyton in South East London.
The new apartment scheme at Victorian building Lordship House has been launched by estate agent KALMARs on Lordship Lane, which dates back to Tudor times.
Comprising nine new one and two bed apartments including penthouses with rooftop terraces, the development was devised by interior designer Josh Stone of design house Caroline Peterson Interiors.
KALMARs are marketing the properties on behalf of boutique developer Portobello Trust, the firm behind the development.
Marc Faure, head of new homes at KALMARs, commented: “The new apartments at Lordship House are located in the heart of East Dulwich on Lordship Lane, with East Dulwich Railway Station at the end of the high street providing easy access into Central London and Canary Wharf.
“This stylish apartment scheme has been created for design aware buyers who will appreciate the beautiful layouts and details provided by the high quality specification.”
