Barratt North East expands sales team with six new appointments

Local housebuilder, Barratt North East, which includes the Barratt Homes and David Wilson Homes brands, is proud to announce that it has strengthened its sales team with the addition of six new sales advisors at a selection of developments across the region.

The new sales advisors are based at a range of Barratt and David Wilson developments across the region. Paula Gemmell, who has over 20 years experience in the industry, has been hired as a Senior Sales Advisor and will be situated across Barratt Homes’ Bedewell Court development in Hebburn, and David Wilson Homes’ Grey Towers Village development in Nunthorpe. Also coming on-board is Hannah Kettering, appointed as Sales Development Coordinator based at the Barratt Homes Merrington Park development in Spennymoor.

Also new to the sales team is Lauren Kennedy, who holds over 21 years of customer service experience, and will be situated at David Wilson Homes’ Woodland Rise site in Hexham. Claire Armstrong joins the team at South Fields in Morpeth and Jill Balmer will be strengthening the team at Teal Park Farm in Washington. Finally, Katie Petch will be joining the Cherry Tree Park development in Ryhope as a Sales Advisor.
