FRP Advisory secures investment to boost property company's growth

A tech-enabled conveyancing services provider has won major investment from London’s Livingbridge to fuel growth.

Simply Conveyancing Property Lawyers, which was founded in 2000 by Ashley and Susan King, is a conveyancing company based in Northamptonshire.

It is the first property law firm to integrate Alexa, using voice recognition to allow customers to request quotes, monitor transaction progress and ask questions about the process.

FRP Advisory’s corporate finance team acted as lead advisors to the shareholders of Simply Conveyancing as part of the deal, which will enable the business to continue on its growth trajectory and enhance its market-leading technology.

Ashley King, founder and CEO of Simply Conveyancing, said: “We have greatly enjoyed working with the team at FRP during this process and their professionalism and dedication to achieving the right result was key to this.

“Their guidance and pragmatic advice, whatever the situation, was highly valued by everyone at the company and was a vital part in achieving a great outcome for all those involved.”

Matthew Flower, corporate finance partner at FRP Advisory in London, led the deal with support from manager Dani Patel and assistant manager Robbie Wirdnam.
