Yorkshire martech firm partners with Essex motor group to boost growth
A Yorkshire martech firm has teamed up with a 114-year-old motor group in Essex to unlock future growth.
Dual-franchise car business Hills Motor Group has invested in marketing automation tech by Force24, which is headquartered in Leeds.
The firm, which has Toyota and Lexus dealerships in Woodford, is using Force24’s multichannel marketing technology in order to grow its business and streamline communications.
Hills Motor Group was established in 1905, and hopes that by using the marketing technology provided by the Leeds martech firm, it will facilitate highly-personalised email dialogue with existing and prospective customers.
Commenting on the investment, Hills Motor Group’s centre principal Nahide Crisp said: “It is important that we keep the customer at the heart of everything we do, as we continue to grow.
“This isn’t about utilising technology to make our communications more impersonal – it’s the exact opposite!
“We want to use the behavioural insight that Force24 will uncover, to have more tailored conversations with both new and existing customers. That way, we can ensure we’re only sending people the information they wish to receive.”
