CPP secures third site for Sheffied-based Ant Marketing after increased demand for services

Ant marketing have acquired a new site after a string of new client wins

Leading property consultancy Commercial Property Partners LLP (CPP) has let a former car showroom on Bramall Lane, Sheffield, as the third site for Ant Marketing enabling them to expand capacity.

Ant Marketing is one of the UK’s top telemarketing companies, conducting marketing, research, sales and customer service programmes for its clients, and this recent letting will now see them operate from Bramall Lane, Victoria Quays and their head office on St Mary’s Gate.

The 9,000 sq ft property, which comprises of a modern glass fronted showroom facility with first floor office space, has been snapped up by the company in record time on a 6-year lease, with the option to purchase.

The property benefits a total site area of 0.85 acres, with access from both Bramall Lane and Alderson Road, reflecting a low site coverage of 20%. Located approximately one mile east of the city centre, the property also provides easy access to the motorway network, with J31 of the M1 located just nine miles away, and J34 six miles away.

Sheffield-based EVOGO Ltd acted as vendor.
