London proptech startup lands partnership with Apple
A London based property startup has announced a new collaboration and brand partnership with tech giant Apple.
LIFENEST, which aims to challenge London’s rental market by offering low agency fees and affordable central properties, has partnered with the tech brand to offer users of its platform discounts on Apple products.
The collaboration will see LIFENEST platform users gain access to discounts of up to 20 per cent on Apple products such as laptops.
Founded in 2016, LIFENEST specialises in offering affordable rooms situated within central London zones one and two to students and professionals.
The platform also provides a personalised moving-in experience for tenants, with features such as airport pick-ups, kitchen utensils, bedding packs, moving assistance and a video viewing service for tenants moving from overseas.
In addition, the platform operates a bespoke tenant matching service, using data and algorithms, to pair like-minded individuals and ensure a harmonious co-living environment.
The news comes as the firm announced it is set to expand globally, with the opening of its first global headquarters in New York in 2020 and further offices in Los Angeles and San Francisco to follow in 2021.
