PHMG named as ‘One to Watch’ by the European Business Awards
Manchester-based audio branding specialist PHMG has been named as one of Europe’s ‘One to Watch’ companies by the European Business Awards.
The organisation was chosen from thousands of entrants after it demonstrated exceptional achievement in ‘The Business of the Year (turnover €26-150m)’ category and reflected the programme’s core values of innovation, success and ethics.
PHMG is the only audio branding agency to feature on the 2019 list. The company has previously featured in the 2015, 2016, 2018 and 2019 London Stock Exchange’s ‘1000 Companies to Inspire Britain’ lists, the 2018 ‘FT 1000: Europe’s Fastest Growing Companies’ list and the Greater Manchester Ward Hadaway Fastest 50’ lists in 2017, 2018 and 2019.
“We are delighted to have received this esteemed accolade from such a highly-regarded business award,” said Grant Reed, Founder at PHMG.
“As part of our dynamic growth strategy, we have experienced solid success in breaking into new international markets and delivered consistent results across the board.
“It is also a testimony of the hard work our staff have put in over the last 12 months. We have made significant investments in our employees, products and services, as well as fostering an enviable company culture, and it has really paid off.”
Businesses on the ‘Ones to Watch’ list are from a wide range of sectors, from manufacturing to agriculture – and represents all sizes, from start-ups to billion-euro organisations.
PHMG will now have the chance to compete to become a national winner in the UK. If successful, they will then attend the Gala Final in December 2019, where the final 18 European winners will be announced.
Adrian Tripp, CEO of the European Business Awards, said: “The companies chosen as ‘Ones to Watch’ are the most inspirational, successful and dynamic in Europe.”
“The talent and tenacity at the heart of these businesses creates jobs and drives Europe’s prosperity. This ‘Ones to Watch’ list of excellence is a benchmark of success for the rest of the European business community.”
The European Business Awards, now in its 12th year, is one of world’s largest and longest running business competitions. Last year, they considered more than 111,000 companies from 34 countries for its awards.
