CPP expands Property and Asset Management team
New Senior appointment sees growth in CPP’s Property and Asset Management Division
Leading property consultancy Commercial Property Partners LLP (CPP) has announced the expansion of their Property and Asset Management team following the appointment of Senior Surveyor, Charles Watson.
Charles joins the team and brings with him a wealth of experience in Property Management and Professional Services and will be based out of CPP’s Sheffield office managing clients’ properties throughout the UK.
In his role as Senior Surveyor Charles will work closely with the rest of the Property and Asset Management team to ensure client properties are efficiently managed and their assets maximised.
CPP Partner and Head of Property and Asset Management, Matthew Fitzgerald commented: “We are delighted to announce the appointment of Charles Watson who brings a wealth of valuable experience to this new role.
“This is an exciting time for CPP and we welcome our continued growth in both our team and our current projects. Charles’ addition to the team will see us continue to commit to providing the best services for our clients.
Charles Watson, who joins the CPP team with immediate effect, commented: “I am thrilled to be joining the CPP team at such a significant time for the company.
