New 'green' consultancy partnership aims to revolutionise food consumption

A London agritech lab space for food system startups has partnered with a consultancy in a bid to ‘radically change’ food production and consumption.

Bermondsey-based Green Lab has announced it is collaborating with Grey Consulting in a strategic partnership working with banking, public health, retail, FMCG and entertainment businesses.

Founded in 2016, Green Lab is a research facility that aims to support food system innovators and startups with their development and growth.

The consulting firm will assist clients with the design of new sustainable food systems that aim to balance health, nutrition and ecological principles.

Leo Rayman, CEO of Grey Consulting, commented: “Green Lab is an incredible group that harnesses technology to find simple solutions to complex food problems.

“We can’t wait to get going and to work with GreenLab towards a more sustainable planet, as climate change and sustainability is the ‘mother of all complex system’. We can only resolve it by working collectively to create systematic change.”
