Healthcare firm co-founded by Yorkshire entrepreneur secures deal with Tottenham Hotspur

A consumer healthcare company founded by a Yorkshire-based entrepreneur has secured an extension on its deal with partner Tottenham Hotspur.

Clinova has announced that it will continue as the club’s official sports hydration supplier for the 2019/2020 season.

Co-founded by Bradford-based businessman Arsalan Karim, Clinova specialises in a range of wellness products and digital solutions.

The deal will see the firm provide its soluble hydration tablets product O.R.S, which was developed after the firm heard Yorkshire County cricket club coach talking on the radio about the limitations of existing rehydration solutions, to the first team, development squad and women’s teams.

Arsalan Karim, co-founder and director of research and development for Clinova, commented: “This is excellent news. Tottenham Hotspur is one of the leading football clubs in the world and our new extended agreement with them reinforces Clinova and our O.R.S product’s position firmly at the elite level of professional football.”
