Further lettings for prominent Leeds city centre office space this month
Leeds office building 36 Park Row has secured further lettings throughout September.
The latest lettings come after the commencement of the final phase of refurbishment of the office building, located in Leeds’ city centre.
Constructed in 1939, this office building has taken on new tenants, including consumer goods and retail recruitment specialists Seven, which has taken a lease on the fifth floor. Meanwhile, boutique commercial law firm Tyr Law has taken a lease on the second floor.
Dean Jowett, partner at Tyr Law UK, spoke about the move: “We were looking for a high-quality office suite in the city that could accommodate the continued growth of the practice.
“36 Park Row met our criteria perfectly, we were impressed by the working environment that has been created through the refurbishment and the location was ideal being so close to Leeds City Station.”
36 Park Row has been subject to a comprehensive refurbishment by APAM, including a feature reception area with meeting booths, air conditioning services within the office suites, LED lighting, secure cycle storage, new showers and changing facilities.
Gabby Rosenberg, retail and ecommerce director of Seven’s Leeds office, added: “We are thrilled to take up residency at 36 Park Row. We have viewed many properties across the city and we feel 36 Park Row has the right balance of space, location and prestige that we are looking for.
“It’s a key time for our business with the launch of our new website this month and several new appointments to the team, and we are excited to watch our business grow and evolve in this new space.”
The letting of the office space is being dealt with by joint agents WSB Property Consultants and Knight Frank.
