Grantham law firm appoints conveyancing specialist
JMP Solicitors has bolstered its team with the appointment of new conveyancing executive, Jacqui Harley.
Jacqui will be overseeing the conveyancing team as head of the residential conveyancing department, providing legal services for new build and second-hand properties, as well as leasehold and freehold conveyancing.
In her remit, she will also be dealing with issues involving Help to Buy, Lifetime ISA’s, Auction Purchases, Right to Buy and Transfer of Equity.
Previously employed at Hegarty LLP, Jacqui brings with her a degree in law from the University of Lancashire, as well as being a qualified licensed conveyancer for the Council for Licensed Conveyancers (CLC).
Jacqui said: “Client care is at the heart of JMP’s services and due to this forward-thinking personal approach, treating clients as real people, I have really been looking forward to joining the team.
“I am friendly, approachable and never too busy to speak to clients, estate agents or solicitors. I hope to grow the department, gain further client satisfaction, and build a reputation for JMP Solicitors as the go-to firm for conveyancing.”
Ian Howard, managing director of JMP said: “We welcome Jacqui to the team and it’s a pleasure to introduce a new employee with skill, experience and enthusiasm to the company.
“We’ve recently seen a surge in demand for our conveyancing services, so Jacqui’s hire will allow us to meet this demand and grow the department. I know she will fit in perfectly with other team members and we wish her all the best of luck in her new role.”
