Property firm builds foundations for growth with West Ham home ground partnership
An East London property firm has partnered with the London Stadium Business Club in a bid to demonstrate ‘local pride’ and expand its reach.
Lint Group has joined the business club at the home ground of Premier League team West Ham in order to boost its brand exposure and reach thousands of football fans.
Founded in 1992 by entrepreneurs Rizz Patel and Sam Chand, Lint Group operates a management and maintenance service as well as buying, restoring and selling properties.
Through the partnership, the firm will see its logo and branding displayed throughout the grounds on LED screens at every home game, as well as on StadiumTV screens located within the concourses.
In addition, the company will gain access to exclusive networking opportunities and events, which have previously included Q&A evenings with Sir Trevor Brooking.
Lint Group’s managing director, Rizz Patel, commented: “My partner and co-managing director Sam Chand is a massive West Ham supporter and London Stadium enthusiast. It was a natural pairing as our business also targets the audience that attend West Ham matches.
“We’ve been thinking outside the box to utilise the partnership. Having our logo and branding clearly visible has been beneficial as it helped raise awareness of the business.
“Primarily working throughout East London, the partnership allows us to be displayed to thousands of local people on a consistent basis. We feel it achieving its branding objective and helping to sow the seeds.”
