Ambitious brand performance business goes from strength to strength with client wins and new appointments
Precept the brand performance agency in St Peter’s Marina and the South Bank, London continues to expand, making two key appointments across its client services and events teams.
Office and events manager Sam Booth has joined the business with Emma Jago, a project manager in the client services team, as Precept continues to apply its ambitious growth strategy.
These appointments follow a recent recruitment programme on the digital marketing side of the business, recruiting an additional two staff and bringing the overall headcount to 17 with more planned for 2019.
SoftBank the multi-billion-pound Japanese telecoms and technology heavy weight and Warwick Estates the London based UK wide property management company are two recent client wins.
Precept director James Ealey, himself recruited at the start of the year, said: “We are starting to see the fruits of some very hard and transformative work from the team here at Precept, with some fantastic businesses from the region, nationally and internationally coming on board. And we’ve put steps in place to ensure this dynamic trajectory is set to continue throughout 2019 and beyond.
“Together with her office management skills Sam will be responsible for a busy programme of events over the coming months and Emma has already made a huge impact in delivering client services from both the client side and from an internal perspective.
“Sam and Emma have worked with some of the region’s most prominent agencies, highlighting the businesses commitment to hiring the very best talent to fuel the growth.”
Precept’s client services director Claire Armstrong said: “Emma is a valuable addition to the team. The client services department is an area that has made a real difference to the structures and processes that need to be in place to enable the transition in scale that is happening as more and more businesses partner with Precept.
“We collaborate with small and medium sized enterprises right up to huge multi-nationals, so it’s important we have the correct resources, processes and procedures in place to ensure our high levels of customer service and our excellent client relationships continue to flourish as we grow.”
Sam from Blaydon worked for many years at one of the North East’s most prominent FMCG marketing agency’s FPP. She said: “I’ve been looking for an opportunity that is going to test me and with the addition of events as part of my role, with several in the pipeline over the next 12 months; I’m really looking forward to what will be a very busy time for Precept and me.”
Emma Jago has a background in the creative sector in a similar capacity for over a decade. Emma said: “A key part of my role is liaising directly with the clients and internally across all our departments to ensure workload is prioritised and managed ensuring the best possible outcomes for the client.
“Processes such as the internal project management software makes achieving these outcomes much easier as everybody across the design studio, software development and digital disciplines can understand quickly from the data provided where the efficiencies lie. And this can be clearly relayed to the client and actioned.”
