Global agency invests £400k into Leeds and London office expansion
A strategic resourcing agency with offices in Leeds and London has completed a £400k investment into expanding globally.
Hortor has invested the six-figure sum into technology, property and expanding its workforce, primarily focusing on its Leeds and London offices.
Hiring 12 new recruits to support customers in Slovakia, Malaysia, North America, South Africa and throughout Europe, the company is set to maintain growth momentum over the next two years, with 15 further graduate hires planned.
Joint CEO of Hortor, Andy Roe, commented: “Having the right technology, processes, procedures and people in place is absolutely fundamental if we are to meet our ambitious expansion plans in the years ahead.
“Finding people that are the right fit for our organisation was really important to us and building a culture that we feel is reflective of our approach and attitude. This took time and money, but we are pleased with the results. It was the right thing to do.
“Completing this investment is the first phase of a wider strategy for the Hortor business. We have never wanted to be your typical recruiter and that is why getting the model right will give us the template we need to scale up.”
