Business centre launches to support Essex entrepreneurs and SMEs
A national flexible workspace provider has launched a new office in a bid to support entrepreneurs and SMEs in the South East.
Workspace specialist BizSpace has officially opened its new 55,000 sq ft business centre in Waltham Abbey in Essex.
Spanning four storeys of office space as well as three workshop units, meeting rooms and break-out areas, café and on-site parking, the M25 Business Centre was acquired by the firm in 2018.
The building, situated situated on Brooker Road, between J25 and J26 of the M25 motorway, was then refurbished by the firm to provide workspaces tailored to the needs of local entrepreneurs, freelancers and micro-businesses.
Emma Long, commercial director at BizSpace, commented: “We continue to see strong and growing demand for flexible workspace in regional locations across the UK.
“We’re exceptionally proud of our new centre in Waltham Abbey, which will offer a contemporary and inspiring space for local businesses, freelancers and entrepreneurs to create and thrive.
“But our offering is much more than just great space: our team aims to create communities and offer guidance to growing businesses, creating a real support network to help the local SMEs and entrepreneurs that are the lifeblood of our economy.”
Vice chairman of Epping Forest District Council Cllr. Helen Kane, who officially opened the M25 Building, added: “With a highly talented workforce, exceptional global connectivity and easy access to the thriving hubs of London and Cambridge, Essex is a great place to base a business.
“Over 90,000 companies have already chosen to locate here and this impressive new business centre will provide additional space and support to encourage many more to do the same.”
