IT service provider appoints technical consultant
Leeds-based IT support firm Systemwork has added to its growing team and hired a technical consultant to support the brand’s target of increasing turnover to £1m by 2020.
Kyle Cummings brings with him high-level expertise from leading UK businesses, including EMIS Healthcare and GCI. He therefore possesses a wealth of knowledge surrounding the support and planning of customer hardware and infrastructure, in a corporate environment.
He has been appointed to strengthen the companies infrastructure skill set, including Azure and AWS technologies. This will allow Systemwork to keep up with increased customer demand and uphold its five-star customer rating.
Systemwork’s founder, Jamie Durham, commented on the new addition to the team: “We wanted an appointment that fit with our ethos of bringing professional IT services and products to the SME market, and I feel Kyle is the perfect fit for this. He was previously supporting large enterprises such as Centre Parks, Jet2 and Sunlife.
“We have also become the highest-rated provider in Leeds – receiving 60 five star reviews on Google which is twice as many as any other IT company in the area – and I believe Kyle will help us to keep up this status, and will support us with our next wave of business growth.
“I’m really excited to have him on board with us. He has already settled into his role perfectly, and has seamlessly integrated himself into the team – we’re all looking forward to seeing what unfolds in 2020 and beyond.”
Kyle added: “I’m delighted to be a part of this expanding team – I feel like I’ve joined at an exciting time in the brand’s journey. I’m looking forward to taking care of customers’ infrastructure, and seeing how each one varies.
“Personal and professional development is something really important to me, so I’m looking to enhance my knowledge, particularly in cloud computing.”
The news follows the firm’s 100% turnover uplift in 2018 and the launch of its new brand, Bigphish – a data security training software.
