Leeds contractors launch latest residential scheme in Harrogate
A residential apartment scheme has been launched in Harrogate.
The town will see the Southfield & Ellis House 20-apartment development open following a recent soft launch event hosted by North Yorkshire property developer Quattro Property Group and appointed agents Linley & Simpson.
Contractor, Leeds-based Castlehouse Construction is on schedule at the Station Parade site in central Harrogate redeveloping the former Southfield House office building into nine apartments and creating a new apartment building, Ellis House.
This is set to accommodate a further 11 apartments with undercroft parking.
Revised planning permission for the development was granted in December 2018 and Quattro is expected to complete the external build by Christmas 2019. Practical completion of the scheme is set for Q2 2020.
Richard Lumley, chairman of Quattro Property Group, said: “We are delighted with the response we have received from interested buyers following our soft launch.
“It was fantastic to showcase our plans for this exciting development which occupies one of the best locations in central Harrogate. We are already in advanced discussions with potential buyers.”
The new development is in a prime location adjacent to Waitrose, with views over The Stray and within distance of all the shops, restaurants and leisure amenities in Harrogate Town Centre.
Agents for the development are Linley & Simpson.
