London workspace provider opens new £6.5m site in historic Hertfordshire town

Flexible workspace provider BizSpace has opened its £6.5m site in Hemel Hempstead.

The centre will provide offices and workshops for entrepreneurs and SMEs from across Hemel Hempstead, Herefordshire and the surrounding area.

The new business centre was acquired in March 2018 and has now been officially opened by David Furnell BEM and the Mayor of Dacorum, Terry Douris.

Since acquisition, BizSpace has invested £500k into the refurbishment of the property to deliver a 50,000 sq ft space, providing serviced office and flexible workspace, with a car park and a newly refurbished reception area.

The space aims to suit local SMEs’ needs. The property is located near to the town centre and Hemel Hempstead railway station, offering a train line to London Euston.

Emma Long, commercial director at BizSpace, said: “The opening of our latest centre in Hemel Hempstead is testament to our growing ambitions.

“We continue to expand across the South, offering creative and dynamic flexible workspaces for local SMEs and entrepreneurs. Our sites provide a supportive and creative network for local businesses, allowing them to grow and flourish.”
