Shower tray manufacturer doubles operations with new Leeds warehouse
A manufacturer specialising in shower trays has doubled operations in Yorkshire with a new warehouse.
Property specialise CBRE has completed a deal on behalf of Just Trays for a new 42,000 sq ft warehouse in Whitehall Industrial Estate in Leeds.
The Leeds-based company, which was acquired by Kartell earlier this year, has taken the 1.48 acre space at a detached industrial building situated on Ashfield Way on a 10-year lease term.
Kartell hopes that investing in the warehouse will boost Just Trays’ expansion both domestically and internationally.
The team at CBRE acted on behalf of Just Trays to negotiate the terms of the new lease, the renewal on the existing premises at 2-4 Whitehall Industrial Estate, as well as prepare a schedule of condition prior to the company taking the new tenancy.
Mark Rugg, associate director for CBRE’s project management team in Leeds, commented: “We’re delighted to secure this warehouse deal for Just Trays to support their expansion plans.
“Working closely with our colleagues in Lease Consultancy, we successfully negotiated the best deal for this growing business in a strategically located shed with great connectivity and excellent links to the motorway network.”
