Yorkshire construction firm expands into North West following contract wins

A Yorkshire construction company has launched a new office in the North West to bolster its ongoing growth across the region.

Castle Construction, which is headquartered in Leeds, has established a new base in Manchester City Centre.

The new office at 82 King Street will enable the firm to continue its expansion across the region, after securing contracts with the likes of Lidl, Aldi, Netto and Iceland in the North West.

Founded in 2009 by directors Richard Lumley and Frank Kofler, Castle Construction specialises in construction projects across sectors such as retail, industrial, educational and care.

Richard Lumley, chairman of Castlehouse Construction, commented: “The establishment of the Manchester base reflects our commitment to our existing North West projects and demonstrates our confidence in the region’s development pipeline moving forwards.

“The business has enjoyed continued growth over the last decade despite a challenging market and with £25m of instructions on the books, we are set for another record year.”
