Fitness brand launches new studio in North London retail and leisure complex

A class-based fitness brand has announced the launch of a new specialist studio in North London.

CBRE Global Investors has announced that fitness brand Frame has opened its latest studio at Angel Central in Islington.

Comprising three studios across 5,200 sq ft, the venue will offer classes for barre, yoga, dance, reformer pilates, HIIT and strength training.

Founded in 2009, Frame specialises in class-based fitness across the city, with this latest site being the company’s seventh London location.

Pip Black, Co-Founder of Frame, added: “This diverse and energetic Islington location is set to serve us well, with the bespoke space perfectly designed for our needs.

“We offer something completely different from other fitness operators, and are confident that Angel Central’s local visitors, workers and residents alike will love our fun-filled, energetic, and tailored classes.”

The fitness brand is the latest business to join the redeveloped Angel Central site, joining the likes of O2 Academy, Uniqlo and Vue.

Commenting on the opening, Laura Wilson-Brown, Head of Asset Management UK at CBRE Global Investors, said: “The redevelopment of Angel Central included a space designed and intended for a fitness operator, and Frame is a perfect fit with their existing presence in London and expertise in class-based fitness.

“Angel Central already has leading leisure providers in the O2 Academy and Vue, and Frame adds another dimension to this offer as we curate the destination’s line-up to the needs of Islington residents and visitors.”
