High fives for Bromleys as Hannah gains prestigious accreditation

Care team solicitor Hannah Kinder has become the latest member of Bromleys’ staff to be recognised for their expertise in child care law by gaining a prestigious accreditation.

Hannah joins Olivia Bell, the head of Bromleys’ care team, and colleagues Kate Allsop, Daniela Maggioni and Anthony Theakston in achieving membership of the Law Society’s Children Law Accreditation Scheme.

The scheme, formerly known as the Children Panel, provides independent recognition and accreditation to solicitors involved in all types of children law work.

Hannah specialises in representing parents and extended family members in care proceedings which feature elements of neglect, physical, emotional and sexual abuse, and domestic violence.

Her accreditation means she joins a panel of solicitors who are able to also represent children in these matters, either directly or through their guardians.

Being a scheme member confirms her expertise in representing children, and demonstrates her commitment to best practice and a service which prospective clients can trust.

She is currently advising on cases across the north west, Wales and into the Midlands.
