Branding agency in Leeds expands and takes on additional office space
Leeds-based branding agency Spiral Communications is expanding and has taken an additional 1,795 sq ft at its offices at Manor House in Leeds.
The company - whose clients include financial and banking organisations like Lloyds, Halifax and TBS - has expanded into the first floor having occupied the top floor of three-storey Manor House for 13 years.
Commenting on the growth of the business Spiral Communications’ managing director, Simon Turner, said: “We looked at many options across the city and had we not been able to take the additional floor we would have reluctantly had to relocate.
“Thankfully, that was not the case. The entire building has just undergone an extensive £150k refurbishment programme and we came to the conclusion that it was absolutely the right place for our continued growth.
“We have been fortunate in winning a number of new contracts and our vison is to create a larger, more open and inspiring workspace for the Spiral team and our clients.”
Chartered surveyors Carter Towler have been appointed to market the remaining ground floor of Manor House.
The vacant 1,795 sq ft office suite has secure parking along with brand new air conditioning, lighting and heating.
Carter Towler associate, Philip Shopland-Reed, added: “It’s an excellent office environment with modern workspaces and great transport links.
“It’s only five minutes from Leeds City centre and the halo effect of the Victoria Gate and SOYO developments is proving to be very beneficial to businesses in the vicinity.
“These offices would be ideal for any professional services company or IT and communications businesses.”
