MISSION to expand Story with new offer in Leeds
MISSION (The MISSION Group plc), the alternative group for ambitious brands, is set to increase its presence in the North of England with a new office in Leeds, located in The Calls in the heart of the city.
Under CEO Mark Reardon, Story Leeds will present a distinct offering, working collaboratively with organisations large and small to help them unlock the brand and commercial value of their ‘owned’ channels. This will involve a holistic approach to channels and assets as varied as identity, product innovation, experience, content, technology and employee engagement.
**MISSION **recently communicated a refined structure, fresh brand and new statement of purpose, all designed to help Clients to thrive. This gives Story Leeds the opportunity to access knowledge, expertise and talent from across The MISSION Group, which has 1,150 staff in 31 offices across the UK, US, Europe and Asia, with an annual turnover of nearly £80m.
Mark Reardon, CEO of Story Leeds, said: “Modern day brands are built in non-traditional ways, via consumers engagement with creativity, experience and technology increasingly in owned channels. That’s our focus and we’re looking forward to bringing this approach and our expert consultancy, to one of the most exciting and creative cities in the UK.”
James Clifton, MISSION Group Chief Executive said “We’re excited to be growing our successful Story brand in Leeds, building on its Edinburgh home and newly opened Newcastle office. Like all **MISSION’s **Agency brands they have their own specialisms, expertise and creative culture. Story Leeds will fit perfectly with our operating model of a strong and unique Local proposition that can also draw on talent and experience from across the Global Group.”
