CPP expands national portfolio with new client wins

Commercial Property Partners (CPP) has recently increased their offering to CRT Property Investments, part of Coalfields Regeneration Trust, providing full property management services to their national portfolio.

The team, which is headed up by partner Matthew Fitzgerald, will now manage CRT’s full national portfolio comprising of approximately 620,000 sq ft of commercial space, with a rent roll of approximately £2.9m per anum, producing sites which include retail, office, and warehouse space nationwide.

The firm has been tasked with overseeing all areas of property management across the sites, including carrying out relevant inspections, managing service charges, liaising with tenants, ensuring Health and Safety requirements are met and guaranteeing each site is in line with statutory compliance.

The expanded role follows CPP’s management of Coalfield Regeneration Trust’s multi-tenanted portfolio in Yorkshire and the Midlands, which the property management team have done for a number of years.

The new instruction comes admist a recent contract services deal that the firm has signed with Henry Boot – one of the UK’s leading and long-standing property investment and development, land promotion and construction companies.

The firm will be providing Henry Boot with properties and facilities management on a key project in Doncaster.

Fitzgerald said: “It is really positive for us to secure such a large portfolio of properties for us to manage. We are excited to build on our close relationship with Coalfields Regeneration Trust and to work with them to ensure we manage each site effectively and in response to their needs.
