Leeds' Towngate plc industrial development secures further lease with local supplier
Plastiserve Limited has agreed a new five-year lease of both Units 7 and 8 at Towngate in Leeds.
The site now covers 4,755 sq ft with an inter-linking partition arranged by Towngate.
Plastiserve Limited supply polymers and additives to moulders, extruders, designers, prototypers, universities and research institutions.
It helps customers to find the right material and colour for the work - to the correct specification - in the right quantity, at the right time and price.
Units 7 and 8 Ashfield Close are part of a development of modern single - storey industrial units constructed in two terraces.
The Leeds outer ring road is within one mile of the premises and provides access to the M621 motorway at Junction One.
Julia Ford, marketing manager at Towngate Plc, commented: “We’re pleased that we have been able to accommodate the growth of our existing customer at Ashfield Close and are confident that the additional space will make a significant difference to their business.”
