Regional Property Solutions appointed to manage Altrincham office building

Regional Property Solutions has been appointed by Garden Place Altrincham LLP to manage Garden Place, a 10,000 sq ft multi let office building at Victoria Road in the town centre.

This latest management gain follows the agents letting in this building to Brandon Consultants; a dynamic, independent creative agency who specialise in refreshing the packaging design of iconic supermarket brands both in the UK and globally. The 2,465 sq ft office suite has been taken on a ten year lease.

Anna Tappenden, studio manager, Brandon Consultants, said: “It’s an exciting time for our business as we enter a new phase of growth. We’ve been looking for a bigger office to house our talented team of designers and strategists and Garden Place fits the bill perfectly. The final suite of 500 sq ft is under offer.
