Regional Property Solutions appointed to manage Altrincham office building
Regional Property Solutions has been appointed by Garden Place Altrincham LLP to manage Garden Place, a 10,000 sq ft multi let office building at Victoria Road in the town centre.
This latest management gain follows the agents letting in this building to Brandon Consultants; a dynamic, independent creative agency who specialise in refreshing the packaging design of iconic supermarket brands both in the UK and globally. The 2,465 sq ft office suite has been taken on a ten year lease.
Anna Tappenden, studio manager, Brandon Consultants, said: “It’s an exciting time for our business as we enter a new phase of growth. We’ve been looking for a bigger office to house our talented team of designers and strategists and Garden Place fits the bill perfectly. It’s a bright, inspirational space just round the corner from the buzz of the Altrincham markets and town centre - we can’t wait to move in and introduce our new home to our current and prospective clients”.
Daniel Lee, director, Regional Property Solutions, said: “We are delighted that our letting of this office suite has led to the management of the whole building. We believe that the continuing growth of our commercial property management business is down to our overall approach to ensure the smooth running across the UK of the circa 100 buildings and estates under our umbrella with a rent roll in excess of £6M”.
The final suite of 500 sq ft is under offer.
