Yorkshire cyber security specialist snaps up £750k of contract wins
A West Yorkshire cyber security specialist has announced a raft of new contract wins as part of its ongoing growth.
ECSC Group, which is based in Bradford, has secured five new contracts with a combined revenue value of £750k.
The firm’s largest new contract is to provide 24/7 cyber security monitoring and breach detection for a chemical company.
Founded in 2000, ECSC specialises in a range of cyber security services, working with clients in over 20 countries.
In addition the firm has secured contracts with a household name in the retail sector, an IT services company and a financial services organisation.
Ian Mann, chief executive officer of ECSC, commented: “We are pleased to end the year on such a positive note with a number of major contract wins across a range of sectors.
“Following the new 2019 GDPR fines, clients are increasingly recognising the need for cyber security services.
“Our strategy of winning consultancy clients, and developing them into long-term recurring managed services clients continues to be effective.”
