Yorkshire land and rural specialists GSC Grays heralds new decade with suite of new employees

Yorkshire Land and rural specialists, GSC Grays has welcomed the new year with four new starters across its property and marketing teams.

Caroline Ridley-Marriott joins as Head of Residential Lettings to drive a core part of the GSC Grays business forward in the next 12 months. Caroline was previously the Residential Lettings Manager for a national agency in Darlington and has over 20 years’ experience in this area. As a member of ARLA and with a Fellowship in Estate Agency, Caroline brings the highest standards and professionalism to GSC Grays.

The residential lettings department is further supported with the addition of Annabel Williamson who joins as Residential Lettings Manager working from the Alnwick office. Annabel will be managing the expansion of the sales and lettings management service in this region in line with the overall growth of GSC Grays’ Alnwick office over the next year. Annabel lives with her husband and daughter on his family farm along with four horses and a Labrador. She enjoys walking and cycling and completed various challenges for Charity as well as being a keen rider and chief groom to her young daughter for her young horse eventing.

Charlie Roberts comes on board as Marketing Manager, based at GSC Grays’ head office in Colburn following an extensive and varied career which includes working in the youth and charity sectors, Yorkshire RFU and the BBC, efforts which saw her become the first female Chair of a community rugby club.

The estate management team welcomes Hugo Mallaby as Estates Director for Swinton Estate. Hugo has over 20 years’ experience advising owners of private, institutional and public sector estates across the country, including 14 years with Smiths Gore before his most recent role running Cambridgeshire County Council’s 33,000 acre County Farms Estate. When away from the world of estates management Hugo enjoys cricket, rugby and hill walking.

The new employees follow twelve months of consistent growth at the land and property specialists which has seen the business solidify its presence in multiple locations across the North of England.
