Kubota continues to drive dealer engagement thanks to ongoing partnership with brand agency
Kubota, a tractor and heavy gardening equipment manufacturer has committed to an ongoing partnership with brand, incentive and events agency, FMI.
International manufacturer, Kubota, has now retained the services of Buckinghamshire-based brand, incentives and events agency FMI, in the running and development of a new dealer incentive programme - the Kubota Rewards Club.
The agency is now in an ongoing partnership with Kubota and will be responsible for developing and running its new Kubota Rewards Club programme, which will include a dedicated engagement portal for dealers. The portal will also include training support, as well as news and features.
Ian Mast-Hughes, Account Director at FMI Agency, said of the new project: “We’re really pleased that Kubota has continued our partnership and we’re incredibly excited to get stuck in and deliver results for the rewards club.
“As leaders within their industry, Kubota is an innovative company to work alongside. It’s great to support them in encouraging and incentivising their dealers and on this project, we’ll be developing a bespoke engagement portal for their exclusive use, so we can track the positive effect that it’s having on sales.
“At FMI, we really believe that great service is as important as great work and we strive to build lasting, valuable relationships with our clients. This partnership is representative of that commitment.”
Karen Tipping, Marketing Manager from Kubota further commented on the partnership. Karen said: “FMI really understand our brand and worked closely with our team to develop a first-class project earlier this year.
“When it came to creating the Kubota Rewards Club, we wanted to work with an agency which shared our values and delivered exceptional results. FMI was the obvious choice and we’re now excited to be moving forward with them on the rewards scheme.”
FMI celebrated its 10th anniversary earlier this year, and within that time has gone from a small start-up to one of the UK’s leading brand, incentives and events agencies, working with major blue-chip clients around the world.
The team of 20 is based out of a converted barn in Chilton and works with a host of global clients, including Huawei, LG, Mazda and BP. As a brand agency, they offer services covering corporate rewards, incentive travel, employee recognition schemes, engagement plans and ambassador programmes. FMI is a wholly owned subsidiary of Appreciate Group, the UK’s leading multi-retailer redemption product provider to corporate and consumer markets.
