This week's London appointments
Enyi Nwosu, UM
IPG Mediabrands agency UM has appointed Enyi Nwosu as chief strategy officer.
Enyi joins this newly created role from Mindshare, where he held the position of partner and head of strategy - worldwide.
Prior to Mindshare, Enyi was managing director of M&C Saatchi’s Central Strategy Unit, and has 27 years of media experience.
In his new role, Enyi will oversee UM’s strategy team as well as its specialist content wing, UM Studios.

Jen Wragg and Juliette Keyte, Red Engine
Red Engine, the team behind Flight Club and Electric Shuffle, has appointed Jen Wragg as sales director and Juliette Keyte as marketing director.
Jen has worked at a range of UK hospitality brands, including cocktail bar brand Be At One. Her previous roles include reservations & events manager at Panacea Manchester and group sales and events manager at Eclectic Bars.
Jen commented: “I’ve been admiring the growth of Red Engine from afar over the last few years. Flight Club is one of most high-profile concept bars in the UK, while Electric Shuffle is already giving Canary Wharf’s nightlife a much-needed jolt.
“It’s a thrill to be involved in driving these existing successes to even greater heights and joining the senior team in delivering what’s coming next.”
Juliette was one of Flight Club’s first employees. In her new role she has sole ownership of the Red Engine marketing strategy for all its brands – a remit which includes PR, marketing communications, and social media.
Juliette said: “It’s been the experience of a lifetime working with Steve and the team, first building the Flight Club brand, and now sharing Electric Shuffle with the world. There’s so much more for us to achieve and in my new role I’ll be focused on ensuring our marketing strategy delivers on the promise of our brands.

Jonathan Parrish, Fleurets
Leisure property specialist Fleurets has appointed Jonathan Parrish as divisional director in its hotel and investment teams.
Working from the London head office, Jonathan will be advising clients on the sale of hotel businesses, hotel development and investment projects, working alongside Directors Ed Sandall and Paul Hardwick.
Jonathan has spent over 35 years as a broker and advisor in the hotel and licensed real estate sector covering the whole of the UK.
Most recently Jonathan has focused on hotel development, covering site and building sales, operator search and selection projects (letting and management contract negotiations) as well as forward funding and standing investment sales.
Roy Mani and Alex McRae, Bowmark Capital
Private equity firm Bowmark Capital has appointed Roy Mani as partner and Alex McRae as investment executive.
With over 20 years experience, Roy was most recently at CapVest where he was head of small cap investments.
Prior to this, Roy was a partner at STAR Capital where he worked for 14 years, having started his career at Daiwa Europe and Credit Suisse.
Alex joins the firm with seven years’ experience in private equity and corporate finance, including previous roles at CapVest, Quilvest and Rothschild.
