Steve South, CP Media
Outdoor media specialist CP Media has appointed Steve South as commercial director.
Steve brings 30 years’ sector experience to the role, gathered through regional managing director positions and by leading teams in media organisations such as the Guardian Media Group, BBC, News UK and Bauer Media (formerly EMAP).
In his new role, Steve will be supporting the CP Media and Eye Airport teams, helping both to grow sales as well as their portfolio of assets.

Tim Clasper, BHP Financial Planning Limited
BHP Financial Planning Limited has appointed Tim Clasper as a chartered financial planner.
Prior to joining BHP, Tim studied business economics at Northumbria University, and progressed through the St. James’s Place Next Generation Academy whilst completing professional exams.
Following his training, Tim worked as a wealth management consultant for St. James Place Wealth and subsequently Walker Crips in York.
Commenting on his appointment, Tim said: “I am excited to have joined a firm that is growing at the rate BHP is. They have a modern approach to working with accountants and dealing with clients, with a focus on lifestyle financial planning.
“Working in Leeds - the financial centre of the UK outside of London - will allow me to support some really interesting and innovative businesses and shareholders in achieving their objectives.”
Paul Holcroft, S Harrison
Property and development company S Harrison has appointed Paul Holcroft as a member of its front end development team.
Paul joins Harrison from Scarborough Group where he was part of the team responsible for delivering the expansion of the 1.4m sq ft Thorpe Park office, retail and leisure park.
With a BSc in business and a Masters degree in property appraisal and management from Sheffield Hallam University, Paul started his property career with DTZ in Leeds before moving to industrial investor Hansteen PLC as an investment and asset manager, heading up its Newcastle office.
Paul spent two years with PWC as part of its restructuring operation, based in Leeds, before joining Scarborough Group in 2017.
Commenting on his appointment, S Harrison’s managing director, Ann Scott, said: “Paul brings a wealth of experience to an already strong Harrison team.
“His impressive track record demonstrates a real understanding of all the key elements of successful property development – identifying opportunities, appraising their viability, sourcing funding then assembling the skills to deliver and ultimately letting or selling the completed scheme. We are delighted to have him on board.”
Paul added: “Property development is a complex and long-term process but I relish the transactional element and the scope to apply my expertise to add real value to the business, working as part of a first class team with an impressive track record of delivery.”
Jade Cole, Front
Creative agency Front has appointed Jade Cole as account manager.
Jade, who holds an english degree from Sheffield University, joins Front from Purpose Media in Mansfield. Prior to this, she has previously worked at Northern Media and Generate UK.
Jade’s new role will see her focusing on digital marketing, social media, SEO, email and content marketing as well as strategy and design for the agency’s roster of clients including Everbuild, Costcutter and Legoland Discovery Centre.
Lucy Redmond, account director at Front, commented: “Jade has some fantastic experience so we are delighted that she has joined us. Her skills in digital marketing will add yet another layer of expertise to our account management team.”
Jade added: “Front is a great agency so I’m excited to be starting my new role with them. I’m looking forward to adding value to both the business and my clients.”
