New Service Manager for Crewe SEAT
Warran Bradbury has been promoted to Service Manager at Crewe SEAT dealership after spending over 20 years at Stafford Audi site.
Warran was working as a technician at Rybridge Audi in Stafford, when family-owned Swansway Motor Group bought the business and he’s been at the site over 20 years; and it’s not been just a place of work for Warran, he met his wife, Kath Bradbury, there and Kath is still at Stafford Audi in her role as accountant.
“I’ve loved working at Stafford Audi and for Swansway”, explained Warran, “I didn’t think I’d ever want to put down my tools, I really enjoyed being a technician, then I took on the role of Workshop Controller, whilst still being a technician, it was a bit of a shock to me that I enjoyed using my brain in a new way, just as much as I’d enjoyed using it to solve technical problems”.
“I gave up working ‘on the tools’ and became Workshop Controller full time; I found my experience in the workshop made me good at the job and I was able to improve efficiency and increase throughput and that gave me a thirst to move up to a Service Manager role and see what I could do”.
“I’m lucky that Swansway always look to promote from within. I’m going to miss the wonderful team at Stafford Audi, but I’m joining another great team at SEAT and I’m excited to get stuck into the job”, added Warran.
