360 Accountants Make New Personal Tax Appointment
360 Chartered Accountants is pleased to announce the appointment of a new Personal Tax Trainee.
Jordan Taylor, 20, will be based at the firm’s Withernsea office, which opened two years ago following a merger with Walsh and Co.
Jordan began his accountancy career four years ago after leaving Withernsea High School after his GCSEs to work for a small independent local practice. He is now studying for his AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) qualification.
Andy Steele, Director of 360, based in Hull and East Yorkshire, said:
“We are delighted that Jordan has joined us. For the last four years he has gained excellent experience in accountancy and personal tax so is a very useful addition to our Withernsea team. He has slotted in perfectly. He knows the area and the types of businesses there very well and understands the high level of service they demand. He will be a great asset, not just for 360, but for all of our clients in the Withernsea and Holderness area.”
Jordan is currently helping to prepare personal tax returns in time for HMRC’s deadline at the end of January. He will then move to the accounts department in February to work on a wide range of activities including year end accounts, bookkeeping, VAT returns and so on.
Jordan said:
“I have lived in this area for the past 10 years and want to be able to continue to serve the people and businesses here as best I can. Moving to Walsh 360 is a great opportunity for me and it’s great to be based in the Withernsea branch. It’s home for me and I am really looking forward to meeting and working with all the clients.”
