Building work on luxury retirement living apartments will complete three weeks ahead of schedule
Work on a new retirement living development in Romiley is set to complete three weeks ahead of schedule.
Construction began at the end of 2018 at The Folds, a brand-new Adlington Retirement Living development, situated next to the Peak Forest Canal on School Brow in Romiley.
Originally set to complete in April 2020, this date has now moved forward to mid March and show apartments will be available to view from 17 February.
Wayne Green, Site Manager, said: “Our team on site have been working full steam ahead and we’re pleased with the progress we’ve made and the quality of the build. We take enormous pride in our work and enjoy creating homes where people can enjoy a long and happy retirement.”
Alexandra Johnson, Sales and Marketing Director for Adlington Retirement Living, said: “Moving into an Adlington Retirement Living apartment is far more than just moving into a new home. It’s a chance to become part of a thriving community of like-minded people, with a shared outlook. Our communities provide a safe, secure and happy environment with a circle of friends, a family of like-minded people and a sense of belonging.”
Each apartment at The Folds in Romiley has been designed to make everyday life easier, safer and more comfortable. Every detail has been considered from the natural light and user-friendly layout to the spacious storage cupboards and private patios or balconies.
Optional, additional care is available as and when it is needed, for as long as it’s needed and a 24 hour emergency call system is linked to a dedicated on-site support team, 365 days a year.
