Second phase of housing development begins in Birstwith
Groundworks have begun on the second phase of properties at a development of luxury family homes by Newby in the village of Birstwith.
West House Gardens is a small development of 33 natural stone built homes, set over a five acre site in Birstwith in the Nidderdale Valley, six miles from Harrogate.
Phase one of the development comprises nine family homes, with phase two delivering a further 18.
Prices for the three, four and five bedroom homes range from £350k to £1.25m.
Anthony Mackle, Sales and Marketing Director at Newby, said: “West House Gardens is set in a truly idyllic location, surrounded by panoramic views of vibrant green fields and the River Nidd.
“With strong family values at its heart, Birstwith has a real sense of community.
“On the doorstep is an award winning pub and hotel, a well-stocked village shop and post office, primary school, church and tennis and cricket clubs.
“We know our residents will be very happy there and we look forward to welcoming the next wave of homeowners as building work continues on phase two.”
