Wrexham VW Pick up Second Award of 2020

Family-owned and run, Wrexham Volkswagen has scooped its’ second national award this year at the motor industry ‘Oscars’, the AM Awards, where they picked up the AM Award for Best Franchised Used Car Dealership 2020.

Delighted Brand Manager, Gary Wood commented, “What a brilliant result, I’m so pleased for every single one of the team at Wrexham Volkswagen, they’re all fantastic and this shows that consistent hard work really does reap rewards”.

“This award isn’t just about our sales team, it’s for everyone in the team, the Technicians who prepare our used cars for sale, our sales admin team who look after taxing and paperwork and our valeters who get our used cars looking like new. Each and every one of them have contributed to us winning this award, so, I want to say a massive thank you to them all”, added Gary.

The judges commented, “Overall customer satisfaction scores for used cars are truly exceptional at 4.96 out of five, putting the dealership in the top 10% for VW in the UK. Wrexham Volkswagen has shown what is possible by doing the right thing for customers”.
