US expansion bolsters performance of London flexible workspace software provider
A London-based provider of software as a service (SaaS) platforms and cloud services has increased revenue by almost a fifth with its continued international expansion.
essensys, which provides software solutions to the flexible workspace industry, has reported group revenue for the half year leading up to January 31 as £11.4m, a 19 per cent increase on the previous year.
The firm, which has offices in London, New York and Los Angeles, closed the half year with 400 live ‘Connect’ sites, a year-on-year increase of 32 per cent.
During the period, the firm expanded its US operations as well as investing in product development and sales and marketing.
Mark Furness, CEO commented: “I am pleased to report continued good progress across our business, with strong sales momentum and a rapidly expanding US business underpinning our long-term growth ambitions.
“This strong H1 performance, supported by the number of contracted new Connect sites currently in delivery and a healthy pipeline underpins the Board’s confidence that full-year results will be in line with market expectations.”
