‘The Crown’ inspired 1960s property launches in London development
An apartment inspired by Season 3 of ‘The Crown’ has officially launched in Canary Wharf in London.
Property developer Galliard Homes has launched the 543 sq ft property at Baltimore Tower, which has taken inspiration from the Netflix historical drama television series, in a joint venture with CJ O’Shea.
Situated on the 43rd floor of the 450 ft high-rise tower, the apartment has been designed by RIBA chartered architect and interior designer Rabih Hage to evoke the 60s style of the show’s third season.
The property comprises a living area, kitchen, bedroom, as well as a 308 sq ft private terrace.
David Galman, sales director at Galliard Homes, commented: “Galliard Homes are delighted to unveil the new 1960s inspired apartment by Rabih Hage at Baltimore Tower.
“Together with Galliard’s specialist in-house interior construction team, the immensely talented Rabih Hage has done an exceptional job of designing the 1960s interiors of the apartment in a vibrant yet elegant way.
“We anticipate that this 1960s themed apartment will appeal to young Londoners due to its topical inspiration, Season 3 of ‘The Crown’.
“The vibrant interiors, exquisite views and fantastic amenities that Baltimore Tower apartment has to offer are testament to the development’s huge sales success.”
