South Yorkshire speculative industrial scheme reaches completion
A speculative industrial development in South Yorkshire has been completed and is ready for occupation.
Trebor Developments, in collaboration with partner Hillwood under the name Trebor Hillwood, has completed its first regional industrial project at 31 East in Dinnington near Rotherham.
Delivered by MCS Construction, the 78,458 sq ft building features yards and office accommodation.
This is Trebor Hillwood’s first industrial project to complete in the region, with the speculative two-unit Avion development at the Aero Centre at Doncaster Sheffield Airport currently under construction and the 409,000 sq ft Gateway4 distribution centre scheme at Doncaster having had a contractor appointed.
Bob Tattrie, managing partner for Trebor, commented: “Another fantastic quality, industrial building delivered and ready for immediate occupation. The location is great, being a short distance from Junction 31 of the M1.
“We have seen strong interest already in this accommodation, given the lack of quality industrial in this size range in the area.”
