Ovenu Wakefield owner cleans up with maximum rated reviews
A former sub-contractor who took over oven valeting enterprise Ovenu Wakefield just six months ago is celebrating after it achieved a clean sweep of maximum-rated reviews.
Richard Winter only replaced the previous franchisee last August and is delighted to have maintained the highest possible standards when it comes to customer satisfaction.
Not one of Ovenu Wakefield’s 502 reviews posted on respected online platform TRUSTist fell below the maximum five-star rating. He is one of 85 Ovenu franchisees nationally who together have earned the brand almost 26,000 of the ultimate endorsements.
Richard had worked as a sub-contractor for previous franchisee Richard Greenwood for two years when the opportunity arose to take over the business – an ambition he had long held.
He said: “I already had a great knowledge of the business, so it seemed like a natural step to become my own boss.
“It seems like a real milestone achieving more than 500 five-star reviews and it’s a testament to my belief in providing an exceptional service.”
According to a recent mini poll conducted by Ovenu, 67% of respondents were influenced by positive reviews when selecting a home services business.
Richard added: “It’s really encouraging that so many people have taken the time and trouble to give Ovenu Wakefield the highest possible rating.
“It’s great to know the business is held in such high regard and that it’s appreciated and trusted by those that matter most.”
Rik Hellewell, the founder and managing director of Ovenu, said: “This clean sweep of maximum ratings is a tribute to Richard’s hard work and dedication since talking over the business. After all, they do say the customer is always right!
Richard added: “Many of my customers still get in touch through personal recommendations – so its nice to be recognised both online and via traditional word of mouth.”
He is already looking to the future and has a business plan, which includes employing his own sub-contractors within the next five years as his ambition to grow his customer base take shape.
