Trio of operators to join ‘next generation’ London office campus
Three new brands are the latest businesses set to join a growing office campus in East London.
Trilogy Real Estate and LaSalle Investment Management have today announced the signing of Simply Fresh, Little Me Nursery and Black Rock for workspace in the Republic campus at East India Dock.
Grocery story concept Simply Fresh will take a 2,000 sq ft space in the complex, while Little Me Nursery is set to occupy a 3,800 sq ft unit.
Bar group Black Rock has signed for 2,000 sq ft of space on the ground floor of the Import Building.
The campus is already home to brands such as telecoms firm Lebara Mobile, delivery specialist Deliveroo and fitness company PureGym.
Laurence Jones, head of asset management at Trilogy Real Estate, commented: “We are committed to delivering incredible workspaces and amenity for our occupiers and the campus is now bustling with innovators, founders and educators.
“The new amenity additions ensure our great businesses have an expanded selection of choices and services onsite, as well as, in the case of Black Rock, continuing to bolster the night time economy at Republic.”
Thomas Aske, Founder, Black Rock addedL “We are delighted to be able to expand further the Black Rock brand in such an amazing space.
“Republic is going to be the perfect setting for us to become part of the community and we can’t wait to welcome everyone.”
