Frontline teams up with Nottingham food company hungry for growth
Nottingham-headquartered careers specialist Frontline Recruitment has teamed up with fast-growing guilt-free food manufacturer Skinny Food Co to supply staff to its Arnold factory.
Frontline will work with the Skinny Food Co to ensure that the business continues its rapid growth which has seen over £4m in online sales alone since it launched less than two years ago after founders James Whiting and Wayne Starkey realised that diabetic family members were missing out on great-tasting healthy products.
Skinny Food Co will use Frontline’s recruitment expertise as it embarks on a rapid expansion plan after signing a deal to stock products in 400 Morrisons stores from March onwards. The company already sells its range of syrups, jams, sauces and snacks through butchers, garden centres, delis, Co-op stores and Spar shops. It has also just opened a shop at its Arnold HQ.
Silvia Stoyanova of Frontline Recruitment, said: “It’s always a pleasure to team up with a fast-growing local business - and the Skinny Food Co are certainly going places.”
“They’ve turned to Frontline as they know we can be as flexible as they need us to be when it comes to supplying high quality staff for their expanding operations.
“We’re already working closely with James and Wayne to ensure that their growth plans are met with the very best people we can supply. It’ll be fantastic to be a part of their success story.
James added: “Frontline have been very helpful in turning round experienced required staff in the necessary areas to enable us to adapt and utilise people where needed. It’s great to have a company that understands what we need and takes the stress off our shoulders if we have any issues internally with recruitment.”
