Restaurant concept set to bring Latin flavour to Notting Hill
A new restaurant and bar concept inspired by Latin American cuisine and culture is set to launch in West London this month.
Cha Cha will open its doors at the end of March in a four-storey corner building on Golborne Road in Notting Hill.
The concept was founded by Rayhana Karim and Max Parfentieff in partnership with CEO and newly-appointed co-owner Alexandre Santamaria.
The new venue’s kitchen will be led by head chef Kai Rykowski, formerly of Chiltern Firehouse.
The restaurant has partnered with vintage-inspired clothing label Sister Jane, which will be housed above the eatery in a first-floor showroom and second-floor studio.
As well as offering a range of Mediterranean dishes with a Latin influence, Cha Cha will also feature a rooftop bar.
