London equity firm acquires Spanish digital marketing company
A London equity firm has announced the acquisition of a Spanish digital marketing platform.
AS Equity Partners, which has offices in London and Zurich, reported the deal today, in which it bought QDQ Group, a subsidiary of SoLocal Group.
QDQ delivers a portfolio of digital solutions to SMEs in Europe, including web page creation, SEO services and online advertising.
