Print services firm set to increase headcount following North East office move

A managed print services provider is set for a recruitment drive after relocating to a new regional base.

Concept Group Ltd, part of Xerox, has taken space at the newly revamped Neon building on Quorum Park in North Tyneside.

The 18-strong Newcastle office has relocated to a new 2,000 sq ft ground floor office at the site, after eight years at Newcastle Business Park.

The company, which joins the likes of Verisure at the park, is now planning to increase its headcount by more than 20 per cent in the next 12 months.

Alex McKenna, director of Concept Group Ltd, explained: “After achieving growth and increasing staff numbers year on year, it was time to move to bigger premises that match our ambitions.

“It was also important to reward the hard work and loyalty of our current team with inspiring, sociable surroundings and great amenities, which encourage creativity and will also help us attract the best people from our industry to join them.”

Brian Rabinowitz, director of Shelborn Asset Management, which acquired Neon along with several other buildings on the park late last year, added: “We pride ourselves not only on the high quality and flexible design of our Grade A office spaces, but on the many amenities and activities that give Quorum such a sense of community.

“Neon in particular provides an environment designed to inspire teams throughout their working day, using a new workplace model with shared meeting rooms, breakout hubs and open spaces that allow businesses of all sizes and types to mix together.”
