Plantation shutter specialists Perfect Shutters has moved its Aintree warehouse and showroom onto Orbit Development’s Aintree Racecourse Retail and Business Park, making the 410,000 sq ft Business park and 175,000 sq ft Retail Park site fully occupied.
The family-run business joins some of the UK’s best-known retail names on the leading retail Park including Tk Maxx, Curry’s, JD Sports and The Range and will be neighbours on the Business Park to brands including Screwfix, Toolstation, Benchmark Kitchens, CTD Tiles and City Plumbing.

Orbit Developments Divisional Director for Merseyside, Dennis Dwyer commented: “It is great to welcome Perfect Shutters onto Aintree Racecourse Retail and Business Park. The company is a well-established name in this area and I am sure they will benefit from the move to our site and being surrounded by other complimentary businesses.
He continued: “It is never easy to maintain a full occupancy on such a large site and it is testament to everyone’s hard work at Orbit and the team’s commitment to sourcing and delivering the perfect retail and business environment for some of the UK’s best-known brands.”
Aintree Racecourse Retail and Business Park is a large mixed-use development prominently located on Ormskirk Road along the A59, just seven miles north of Liverpool city centre.
Paul Nixon of Perfect Shutters said the move was designed to tap into the existing customer traffic on the Park. “It’s a great location next to one of the most famous racing venues in the world so we hope its profile can help ours. We are delighted to be here and are looking forward to getting Perfect Shutters on the map for the thousands of shoppers already coming to the park”.
