Yorkshire construction company acquisition supported by North East firms

Two North East firms have helped a national industrial group in the acquisition of a two Yorkshire construction companies.

Next Level Mezzanines, based in Yorkshire, has been acquired by P&K Construction Group, a Barnard Castle agricultural and industrial fabrications specialist.

P&K have worked with North East legal firm Mincoffs Solicitors and accountant MHA Tait Walker since it was formed in 2018 as part of a management buyout, and the companies have come together to complete the acquisition.

The company has acquired the business and assets of both Next Level Mezzanines and another company, Ash Construction, which is based in Leeds.
