Right at Home launches recruitment campaign to support those most vulnerable during coronavirus outbreak

**Leading homecare provider Right at Home UK has launched a recruitment campaign to fill 250 new vacancies across the North West. It is calling for caring and compassionate people to join their team of CareGivers to help those most vulnerable during the coronavirus pandemic. **

Right at Home – whose National Office is based in Waterloo, Liverpool, is a homecare franchise with 60+ locally owned and operated offices across the UK, nine of which are offices across the North West.

It supports adults to remain living independently in the comfort of their own home with services including companionship, personal care, medication reminders, meal preparation, light housekeeping, through to 24-hour live-in care.

Many of Right at Home’s Clients are currently shielding and rely on the provider’s services to support them as they stay at home during the coming months. It is also expected that demand for community care services will increase as more people will be discharged from hospital and in response, the company is looking to have people trained and ready to help relieve pressure on the NHS.

Applicants can phone a national recruitment line seven days a week and their details will be sent to their local Right at Home office.

Speaking on the recruitment drive, Right at Home UK CEO, Ken Deary, said: “We are incredibly proud of our care teams. They are doing an exceptional job during these challenging times and we are calling for other people to join them in supporting those who need us most.

“Thousands of people in customer-focused roles are currently facing redundancy or reduced hours but they will already have the transferable skills to join our sector.

Heather Keep, National People and Brand Development Manager, added: “No experience is necessary as we will provide you with all the training and tools you need to provide safe, high-quality care in people’s homes. All we ask for is a big-heart and a commitment to helping others and we will offer flexible hours to work around your availability to make sure that those who need help will get it.”
